they are indeed...were strange to the touch, all dried up. this particular booth also had all the african money. they were not too pleased with me photographing things but, i managed a couple of shots :)
yep it was porcupine quills from Africa...thought them interesting when I saw them...and they fit perfectfully into the theme this week :) have a great day.
