I just love geraniums, especially red, red geraniums. These were on my front porch all summer until the first frost. I so miss their cheery color.

ReplyDeleteRed geraniums are very pretty flowers!
ReplyDeleteGeraniums are interesting in that the flowers last for such a long time. In California where my Mom and Dad lives, they seem to be going on strong in the winters too.

ReplyDeleteYour red Geranium is homely and beautiful. Geraniums emphasize all that is warm and friendly. In Europe the houses are festooned with Geraniums growing from baskets and pots. I grow them in my garden.

ReplyDeleteHello! Your Red Geranium is beautiful. I see why they would cheer you up :0) Thanks for your visit to my post...
ReplyDeleteI love geraniums too. I was told that you have to buy new ones every year because they are annuals and don't come back. Well I took mine and put it in the basement all winter, didn't water but maybe twice. Brought it out in the spring and it bloomed twice as big as the year before!
ReplyDeleteThis is picture is beautiful!
They do look so welcoming, don't they? Happy Holidays,
ReplyDeleteLidy
The frost takes no prisoners. That's what makes a flower in the house in winter such a splash of life. It's a revolt on the inside against Jack Frost on the outside.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE geraniums. They are pretty and almost impossible to kill. LOL
ReplyDeleteI love geraniums too - I was able to grow them in my gardens in Arizona and in Florida too. I hope you have a lovely holiday - Season's Greeting from Saudi Arabia!
