Emerald Green Beauty


This is probably the last time I will capture such a shot this season. This morning we had our first hard frost.

Oh this photo took my breath away! Interesting emerald green bug and so lovely ...so charming white little flowers against the green background! Just wonderful!

What a picture! I can't figure out what the flower is.
I had never heard of Botetourt County and had to use Google maps to find it. I live in the eastern part of the state and envy you for living in the mountains. We can see the mountains from some areas.

What's up with the green hornet? He's a funky looking one that's for sure, but I like him!

We had a hard frost a while ago. Even though it's supposed to be 60 degrees today it's pretty darned chilly this morning!
