AP POLL for Week of September 29, 2008
I find the polls/rankings a hoot. USC loses to Oregon State and they drop from 1st to 9th in a flash. Then you have those Virginia Tech Hokies (I am not a fan) who beat out Nebraska last Saturday and are ranked. Go figure. On any day I will bet you dollars to donuts that any PAC-10 team can beat Virginia Tech hands down. I find it amazing that they manage to capture a top 25 ranking...simply amazing.

THE ROOF CAVED IN....

Well, not the entire roof. Just the back side, which is not visible here.
Every year I make a gingerbread house. Notice I said 'made,' not
'assembled,'...

Wow! I'm really getting schooled on football from so many friends out here in blogland. And the strange thing is... I pay attention when women explain it. Go figure. :)
Hey there Liz...thanks for dropping by. Love reading your blog and of course reading about Mabel...she is a dear one.
What I have learned from moving East. The East and Southeast and Atlantic Coast Conferences of college football do not like nor do they respect the Pac-12 conference. Never have and never will. They think that their version of football is to live and die for...lol.
Mind you, I have respect for quality football teams. And, that respect is not centered only on the Pac-12. So, I am not closed minded when it comes to great football teams.
Guess I have rambled on enough...
Take care.
